New Delhi, the 22nd October, 2020
G.S.R 663(E).—/Ess. Com/Sugarcane:-In exercise of powers conferred by clause 11 of the Sugarcane
(Control) Order, 1966, the Central Government hereby directs that powers conferred on it by Clause 3(1) of the said
Order for fixing mill-wise FRP, shall be exercisable by the State Government/Union Territory from sugar season
2019-20 onwards for the sugar mills wherein the concerned sugar mill is located.
