S.O. 2436(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Cinematograph Act, 1952 (37 of 1952),
the Central Government hereby exempts the provisions relating to certification of films, contained in Part II of the said
Act and rules made thereunder, for any deletion of a scene or sequence of a scene of the certified version of trailers or
promos of films which results in shortening the length of the already certified trailers or promos without any
modification:
Provided that the shorterned trailor or promo shall not alter the message already cleared.
