Central Government hereby make the following amendments in the schedule of the notification of Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number SO 1261
This notification, S.O. 2142(E), issued by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, Government of India, on July 6, 2017, pertains to amendments made to notification S.O. 1261(E), dated April 21, 2017. New Delhi, the 6th July, 2017
S.O. 2142(E).—In exercise of power conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3(D) of the National
Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government hereby
make the following amendments in the schedule of the notification of Government of India in the Ministry of
Road Transport and Highways number S.O 1261(E), dated 21st April, 2017, published in the Gazette of India,
Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) dated 21st April, 2017 namely:—
In the Hindi Schedule, on page No. 2 in the first line of title after the word Maharashtra State
“Nanded” shall be read as “Latur”.
