Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number SO 77
This notification, S.O. 2086(E), issued by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, Government of India, on July 4, 2017, amends notification S.O. 77(E) dated January 7, 2013, which was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) on the same date. S.O. 2086(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National
Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the
notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 77(E)
dated 07 January 2013 published in the Gazette of India, Extra-ordinary , Part II section 3 sub section (ii)
dated 07 January 2013 namely :-
In the Schedule to the said notification,
(a) Against serial number 2 relating to District Fatehpur under column (2) for the Competent Authority
“Additional District Magistrate (Land Acquisition) Kanpur Nagar, Uttar Pradesh”, "the Competent
Authority Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sadar Fatehpur”, shall be substituted.
