1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said act), the Central Government, hereby makes the following
amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, number
S.O. 1925(E), dated the 19th August, 2011, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, sub-section
(ii), dated the 19th August, 2011, namely:—
