Central Government hereby on expiry of term of following incumbent members on 1st July 2020 reappoints them as member of the Governing Council of the Bureau of Indian Standards for a further period of two years
This notification, S.O. 1931(E), issued by the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Department of Consumer Affairs, on June 18, 2020, announces the reappointment of two members to the Governing Council of the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS). 1. Chief Executive Officer, Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), FDA Bhawan near Bal Bhawan, Kotla Road, New Delhi-110002, representing Regulatory Authorities or bodies.
2. Secretary General, Quality Council of India (QCI), Institution of Engineers Building, 2nd Floor, 2-Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg, New Delhi-110002, representing National Accreditation Boards or bodies.
