तारीख 15 माच,च 2017 को प्रकाजित हुई थी, में जनम्नजलजखत संिोधन करती ह,ै अथाचत:् -
उि अजधसूचना म,ें सारणी में:-
(i) स्ट्तंभ (4) में क्रम संखया 2 के सामने, प्रजिजियों के स्ट्थान पर जनम्नजलजखत प्रजिजियां रखी िाएंगी, अथाचत:् -
“पजिम बंगाल के सभी जिले (कोलकाता िहर, हािडा, हुगली, दजक्षण 24 परगना, दार्जिललग, िलपाईगडु ी, कूचजबहार,
उत्तर ददनािपुर, दजक्षण ददनािपुर, मालदा, मुर्जिदाबाद, बीरभूम, अलीपुरद्वार और कजलम्पोंग जिलों के जसिाय) और
अंदमान और जनकोबार द्वीप समूह संघ राज्य क्षेत्र”;

(ii) स्ट्तंभ (4) में क्रम संखया 3 के सामने, प्रजिजियों के स्ट्थान पर जनम्नजलजखत प्रजिजियां रखी िाएंगी, अथाचत:् -
“कोलकाता िहर जनम्नजलजखत पुजलस स्ट्टेिनों के क्षेत्रों अथाचत- श्यामपुकुर, िोराबागान, बटोला, बुराचबािार, पोस्ट्टा,
िोरासांको, एमहस्ट्टच स्ट्रीट, और दकसी भी अन्द्य पुजलस स्ट्टेिन का क्षेत्र िो भजिष्य म ें कोलकाता िहर और पजिम बंगाल के
दजक्षण 24 परगना जिल ेमें बनाया िा सकता ह,ै को किर करता ह;ै”
(iii) स्ट्तंभ (4) में क्रम संखया 4 के सामने, प्रजिजियों के स्ट्थान पर जनम्नजलजखत प्रजिजियां रखी िाएंगी, अथाचत्:-
“पजिम बगं ाल के दार्जिललग, िलपाईगडु ी, कूचजबहार, उत्तर ददनािपुर, दजक्षण ददनािपरु , मालदा, मुर्जिदाबाद, बीरभूम,
अलीपरु द्वार और कजलम्पोंग जिले।”।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 16th December, 2025
S.O. 5902 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy
Act, 1993 (51 of 1993), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the
Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Financial Services number S.O. 831(E), dated the
15th March, 2017, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the
15th March, 2017, namely :--
In the said notification, in the Table:-
(i) against serial number 2 in column (4), for the entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely: -
“All districts of West Bengal (except Kolkata City, districts of Howrah, Hoogly, South 24 Parganas, Darjeeling,
Jalpaiguri, Coochbehar, Uttar Dinajpur, Dakshin Dinajpur, Malda, Murshidabad, Birbhum, Alipurduar and
Kalimpong) and Union territory of Andaman and Nicobar Islands”;
(ii) against serial number 3 in column (4), for the entries, the following entries shall be substituted namely: -
“Kolkata city covering the areas of the following police stations namely - Shyampukur, Jorabagan, Burtolla,
Burrabazar, Posta, Jorasanko, Amherst Street, and area of any other Police Station which may be created in future in
Kolkata City and District of South 24 Parganas of West Bengal”;
(iii) against serial number 4 in column (4), for the entries, the following entries shall be substituted namely: -
“Darjeeling, Jalpaiguri, Coochbehar, Uttar Dinajpur, Dakshin Dinajpur, Malda, Murshidabad, Birbhum, Alipurduar
and Kalimpong districts of West Bengal.”.
