(1) These rules may be called the Railway Claims Tribunal (Procedure) Amendment Rules, 2024. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Railway Claims Tribunal (Procedure) Rules, 1989 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), in SCHEDULE 1,— (i) for serial number 2 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely:— “2. Prayagraj Banda, Chitrakoot, Fatehpur, Hamirpur, Jalaun, Jhansi, Kanpur Dehat, Kanpur Nagar, Kaushambi, Lalitpur, Mahoba, and Prayagraj districts of Uttar Pradesh.” ; (ii) for serial number 15 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely:— “15. Lucknow Barabanki, Hardoi, Kannauj, Lakhimpur Kheri, Lucknow, Pratapgarh, Shahjehanpur, Sitapur, and Unnao districts of Uttar Pradesh.”. 3.
