CO-OPERATION, FOOD AND CONSUMER PROTECTION DEPARTMENT -Adhoc Rules Relating to the Temporary Posts of Personal Secretary to Hon'ble President, Superintendents and Personal Assistant (Court Work)
The Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, Part III-Section 1(b), No. 11, dated March 15, 2017, publishes a notification by the Finance Department regarding an amendment to the Ad hoc Rules relating to the Temporary Post of System Programmer in Finance Department in Tamil Nadu General Service. The notification is issued under G.O. Ms. No. 41, Finance (OP-I), dated 22nd February 2017.
The amendment, made in exercise of powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, modifies the Ad hoc rules published with the Finance Department Notification No. SRO B-44/2011, dated November 16th, 2011, in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated December 7th, 2011. The amendment is deemed to have come into force on August 26th, 2010.
The amendment substitutes the expression "System Analyst" for the expression "System Programmer" in rule 1 of the said Rules.
