Ms No. 16, Co-operation, Food and Consumer Protection [CJ1], 13th March 2025, மாாசி 29, குரோ�ாதி, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2056.] No. SRO A-7/ 2025.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) (2) and (3) of Section 180 of Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983 (Tamil Nadu Act 30 of 1983), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Rules, 1988:- Amendment In the Said Rules, in Schedule-II, in Part A, under the heading "28. Tamil Nadu State LAMPS Co-operative Federation", in entry (3), in item (ii), for the expression "one representative of the Director of Tribal Welfare", the expression "the Director of Tribal Welfare, Chennai" shall be substituted. Ms No. 29, Labour Welfare and Skill Development (K2), 14th March 2025, மாாசி 30, குரோ�ாதி, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2056.] No. SRO A-8/ 2025.— The following draft amendment to the Tamil Nadu Shops and Establishments Rules, 1948, which is proposed to be made in exercise of the powers conferred in sub-section (1) of section 49 of the Tamil Nadu Shops and Establishments Act, 1947 (Tamil Nadu Act XXXVI of1947), is hereby published for information of all persons likely to be affected thereby, as required under sub-section (3) of section 49 of the said Act. 2. Notice is hereby given that the following draft amendment will be taken into consideration on or after the expiry of the period of two months from the date of publication of this Notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette and that any objection or suggestion which may be received from any person with respect thereto, before the expiry of the aforesaid period will be considered by the Government of Tamil Nadu. Objection or suggestion if any, should be addressed in duplicate to the Secretary to Government, Labour Welfare and Skill Development Department, Secretariat, Chennai-600 009 through the Commissioner of Labour, Chennai-600 006. Draft Amendments. In the said Rules,-- (1) for rule 16-C, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:-- “16-C. Combined Self Certification by the employer:-- Every employer of Information Technology Software Establishments and Information Technology Software enabled services, shall furnish to the Assistant Inspector of Labour at the end of each half year, a certificate of maintenance of registers, records and notices in Form ‘O’ in online through the designated portal of Labour Department.
