L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-05122024-259188 xxxGIDHxxx CG-DLxx-xEG-I0D5E1x2x2x0 24-259188 असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण्ड (i) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (i) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 688] नई दिल्ली, बुधिार, दिसम्ब र 4, 2024/अग्रहायण 13, 1946 No. 688] NEW DELHI, WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 4, 2024/AGRAHAYANA 13, 1946 मत्सस्ट्यपालन, पिपु ालन और डेयरी मत्रं ालय (मत्सस्ट्यपालन जिभाग) अजधसचू ना नई दिल्ली, 4 दिसम् बर, 2024 सा.का.जन. 750(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, तटीय िलकृजि प्राजधकरण अजधजनयम, 2005 (2005 का 24) की धारा 24 द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, तटीय िलकृजि प्राजधकरण जनयम, 2024 म ें संिोधन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती ह,ै अर्ाात:् - 1. संजिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ- (1) इन जनयमों का संजिप्त नाम तटीय िलकृजि प्राजधकरण (संिोधन) जनयम, 2024 ह।ै (2) य े रािपत्र म ें उनके प्रकािन की तारीख स े प्रिृत होंगे। 2. तटीय िलकृजि प्राजधकरण जनयम, 2024 के जनयम 3 म ें खंड (छ) के पश्चात जनम्नजलजखत खडं अंतःस्ट्र्ाजपत दकए िांएगे , अर्ाात:् - “(ि). केकडे के बीि उत्सपािन और कल्चर के जलए हचै री और फामों को जिजनयजमत करने के जलए दििाजनििे ; (झ) मेरीन दफनदफि के बीि उत्सपािन और कल्चर के जलए हचै री और फामों को जिजनयजमत करन े के जलए दििाजनिेि; (ञ) समुरी और खारे िल म ें स्ट्ििेिी श्रीम्प प्रिाजतयों के बीि उत्सपािन और कल्चर के जलए हचै री और फामों को जिजनयजमत करने के जलए दििाजनिेि; 7862 GI/2024 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] (ट) समुरी/खारे िल के सिािटी िीिों के जलए हचै री और पालन-पोिण इकाइयों को जिजनयजमत करन े के जलए दििाजनिेि; (ठ) समुरी और खारे िल म ें समुरी िैिाल (पौध)े उत्सपािन और कृजि को जिजनयजमत करन े के जलए दििाजनिेि; (ड) समुरी/खारे िल की िल कृजि (एक्वाकल्चर) प्रिाजतयों को केि और पने में कल्चर को जिजनयजमत करने के जलए दििाजनिेि; (ढ) तटीय िलकृजि म ें लाइि फीड कल्चर इकाइयों के जिजनयमन और प्रबंधन के जलए दििाजनिेि; (ण) बायो-फ्लोक, रीसर्कयुालेटरी एक्वाकल्चर जसस्ट्टम (आरएएस) और नसारी आधाररत िल कृजि प्रणाली को जिजनयजमत करने के जलए दििाजनिेि; (त) िल िेत्रों और िल मानजचत्रण को अजधसूजचत करने के जलए दििाजनिेि; (र्) समुरी और खारे िल में सीजप के बीि उत्सपािन और कृजि को जिजनयजमत करने के जलए दििाजनिेि; (ि) पयाािरण को हुए नुकसान की लागत और जिध्िंस करन े की लागत के जनधाारण तर्ा पयाािरण मॉजनटरी जनजध के उपयोग के जलए दििाजनिेि।” [फा. स.ं ि-े 1903336/2/2024-डीओएफ (ई-23648)] नीतू कुमारी प्रसाि, संयर्कु त सजचि रटप्पण : मलू जनयम भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3,(i) म ें अजधसूचना संखयांक सा.का.जन. 33(अ) तारीख 09 िनिरी , 2024 द्वारा प्रकाजित दकए गए र्े। MINISTRY OF FISHERIES, ANIMAL HUSBANDRY AND DAIRYING (Department of Fisheries) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 4th December, 2024 G.S.R. 750(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Coastal Aquaculture Authority Act, 2005 (24 of 2005), the Central Government hereby makes the following rule to amend the Coastal Aquaculture Authority Rules, 2024, namely:- 1. Short title and commencement-(1) These rule may be called the Coastal Aquaculture Authority (Amendment) Rules, 2024. (2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Coastal Aquaculture Authority Rules, 2024, in rule 3, after clause (g), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:— “(h). Guidelines for regulating hatcheries and farms for seed production and culture of crab; (i). Guidelines for regulating hatcheries and farms for seed production and culture of marine finfishes; (j). Guidelines for regulating hatcheries and farms for seed production and culture of indigenous shrimp species in marine and brackish water; (k). Guidelines for regulating hatcheries and rearing units for marine/brackish water ornamental organisms; (l). Guidelines for regulating seaweed seedling production and farming in marine and brackish water; (m). Guidelines for regulating cage and pen culture of marine/brackish water aquaculture species; (n). Guidelines for regulating live feed culture units and management in coastal aquaculture; (o). Guidelines for regulating Bio-floc, Recirculatory Aquaculture Systems (RAS), and Nursery-based Aqua Farming Systems;[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 (p).
