L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-29122023-250978 CG-DxLx-xEG-I2D9H1x2x2x0 23-250978 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण्ड (i) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (i) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY सं. 742] नई दिल्ली, िुक्रिार, दिसम्ब र 29, 2023/पौष 8, 1945 No. 742] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, DECEMBER 29, 2023/PAUSHA 8, 1945 जित्त मत्रं ालय (आर्थकि काय ि जिभाग) अजधसचू ना नई दिल् ली, 29 दिसम् बर, 2023 सा.का.जन. 926(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, जसक्का जनमािण अजधजनयम, 2011 (2011 का 11) की धारा 24 की उपधारा (2) के खंड (घ) और खंड (ड.) द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती ह,ै अथाित:्- 1. सजं िप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.- (1) इन जनयमों का संजिप्त नाम जसक्का -जनमाणि (डॉ. हरेकृष्ण महताब की 125िीं ियंती के अिसर पर स्ट्मारक जसक्का िारी करना) जनयम, 2023 है। (2) ये रािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रिृत्त होंगे। 2. जसक्के का मल्ू यिग.ि– डॉ. हरेकृष्ण महताब की 125िीं ियंती के अिसर पर केंरीय सरकार के प्राजधकार के अधीन िारी करने के जलए टकसाल में एक सौ रुपये मूल् यिग िका जसक्का ढाला िाएगा । 3. जसक्के की जिमाएं और सरं चना.– जनयम 2 म ें उजल्लजखत मल्ू यिगि के जसक्के, जनम्नजलजखत जिमाओं और संरचना के अनुरूप होंग,े अथाित्:- जसक्के का मूल्यिगि आकार और बाह्य व्यास िांतेिार दकनारों की संख्या धातु संरचना (1) (2) (3) (4) एक सौ रुपये िृत् ताकार 200 चतुथिक जमश्र धातु 44 जमलीमीटर चांिी- 50 प्रजतित तांबा- 40 प्रजतित जनदकल- 05 प्रजतित िस्ट्ता- 05 प्रजतित 8011 GI/2023 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] 4. जडज़ाइन. – जसक्के का जडज़ाइन इन जनयमों की पहली अनुसूची में जिजनर्ििष्ट होगा। 5. मानक ििन और अनज्ञु ात उपचार.– डॉ. हरेकृष्ण महताब की 125िीं ियंती के अिसर पर स्ट्मरणोत्सि मनाने के जलए जनयम 2 म ें जनर्ििष्ट मूल्यिग ि के ढाले गए जसक्के का मानक ििन और ऐसे जसक्के को बनाने में अनुज्ञात उपचार िह होगा िो इन जनयमों की िसू री अनुसूची में यथा जिजनर्ििष्ट ह।ै प्रथम अनसु चू ी (जनयम 4 िखे )ें एक सौ रुपय े अग्र भाग: जसक्के के मुख भाग पर मध्य में अिोक स्ट्तम्भ का ससंह िीषि होगा, जिसके नीचे “सत्यमिे ियत”े लेख उत्कीर्णित होगा, उसकी बाईं पररजध पर िेिनागरी जलजप में “भारत” िब्ि और िाईं पररजध पर अंग्रेिी में “INDIA” िब्ि होगा। ससंह स्ट्तम्भ िीषि के नीचे रुपये का प्रतीक “₹” और अंतरािष्ट्रीय अंकों में अंदकत मूल्य “100” भी होगा । पृष्ट भाग: जसक्के के इस भाग के मध्य में डॉ. हरेकृष्ण महताब का जचत्र होगा। जसक् के की ऊपरी पररजध पर िेिनागरी जलजप में “डॉ. हरेकृष्ण महताब की 125िीं ियंती” जलखा होगा। जसक्के की जनचली पररजध पर अंग्रेिी में “125TH BIRTH ANNIVERSARY OF DR. HAREKRUSHNA MAHTAB” िर्णति होगा। डॉ. हरेकृष्ण महताब के जचत्र के नीचे अंतरािष्ट्रीय अंको में िष ि“2023” जलजखत होगा। िसू री अनसु चू ी (जनयम 5 िखे )ें अनुज्ञात उपचार जसक्के का मूल्यिगि मानक ििन धातु संयोिन म ें मानक ििन में (1) (2) (3) (4) एक सौ रुपय े 35 ग्राम चांिी के जलए 1/500िां जहस्ट्सा िमा या घटा 1/100िां जहस्ट्सा िमा या घटा अथाित् चांिी का अंि प्रजत 1000 में 498 से 502 अथाित् ििन 34.65 ग्राम से के बीच हो सकेगा। 45.35 ग्राम तक हो सकता है। [फा. सं. 02/36/2023 -जसक् का] अपणाि भारटया, सलाहकार MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Economics Affairs) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 29th December, 2023 G.S.R. 926(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (d) and (e) of sub-section (2) of section 24 of the Coinage Act, 2011(11 of 2011), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely: - 1. Short title and commencement:- (1) These rules may be called the Coinage (Issue of Commemorative Coin on the occasion of 125th Birth Anniversary of Dr. Harekrushna Mahtab) Rules, 2023. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Denomination of coin:- The coin of One Hundred Rupees denomination shall be coined at the Mint for issue under the authority of the Central Government on the occasion of 125th Birth Anniversary of Dr. Harekrushna Mahtab.[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 3. Dimension and composition of coin: - The denomination of the coin mentioned in rule 2 shall conform to the following dimensions and composition, namely: - Denomination Number of Shape and outside diameter Metal composition of coin serrations (1) (2) (3) (4) Quaternary Alloy Circular Silver - 50 per cent. One Hundred Rupees 44 millimetre 200 Copper - 40 per cent. Nickel - 05 per cent. Zinc - 05 per cent. 4. Design: The design of the coin shall be as specified in the First Schedule to these rules. 5. Standard weight and remedy allowed:- The standard weight of the coin of denomination referred in rule 2 shall be coined to commemorate the occasion of 125th Birth Anniversary of Dr. Harekrushna Mahtab and the remedy allowed in making of such coin shall be as specified in the Second Schedule to these rules. THE FIRST SCHEDULE [See rule 4] ONE HUNDRED RUPEES OBVERSE: This face of the coin shall bear the Lion Capitol of Ashoka Pillar in the centre with the legend “सत्यमिे ियत”े inscribed below, flanked on the left periphery with the word “भारत” in Devnagri script and on the right periphery with the word “INDIA” in English. It shall also bear the Rupee symbol “₹” and denominational value “100” in the international numerals below the Lion Capitol. REVERSE: This face of coin shall bear the portrait of Dr. Harekrushna Mahtab in the centre of the coin. The inscription “डॉ. हरेकृष्ण महताब की 125िीं ियतं ी” shall be written in Devnagari script on the upper periphery and the inscription “125TH BIRTH ANNIVERSARY OF DR. HAREKRUSHNA MAHTAB” in English is depicted on the lower periphery of the coin. The year “2023” in international numeral shall be written below the portrait of Dr. Harekrushna Mahtab.
