L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-11072024-255348 CG-DxLx-xEG-I1D1H0x7x2x0 24-255348 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण्ड (i) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (i) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 354] नई दिल्ली, बहृ स्ट्प जतिार, िुलाई 11, 2024/आर्ाढ 20, 1946 No. 354] NEW DELHI, THURSDAY, JULY 11, 2024/ASHADHA 20, 1946 जित्त मत्रं ालय (आर्थकि काय िजिभाग) अजधसचू ना नई दिल्ली,11 जुलाई, 2024 सा.का.जन. 382(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, जसक्का जनमािण अजधजनयम, 2011 (2011 का 11) की धारा 24 की उपधारा (2) के खंड (घ) और खंड (ड.) द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती ह,ै अथाित्:- 1. सजं िप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.- (1) इन जनयमों का संजिप्त नाम जसक्का जनमािण (बॉम्बे स्ट्टॉक एक्सस्ट्चेंि के 150 िर् ि पर्ू ण होने के अिसर पर स्ट्मारक जसक्का िारी करना) जनयम, 2024 ह।ै (2) य ेरािपत्र में इनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रिृत्त होंगे। 2. जसक्के का मल्ू यिग.ि - बॉम्बे स्ट्टॉक एक्सस्ट्चेंि के 150 िर्ि पर्ू ण होन े के अिसर पर केंरीय सरकार के प्राजधकार के अधीन िारी करन े के जलए टकसाल म ेंएक सौ पचास रुपय े मूल्य िग िका जसक्का ढाला िाएगा । 3. जसक्के की जिमा और सरं चना. - जनयम 2 में उजल्लजखत मल्ू य िगि के जसक्के, जनम्नजलजखत जिमाओं और सरं चना के अनरूु प होंगे,अथाित्:- 4174 GI/2024 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] जसक्के का मूल्यिगि आकृजत और बाह्य व्यास िांतों की संख्या धातु संरचना (1) (2) (3) (4) चतुथकि जमश्र धात ु चांिी - 50 प्रजतित िृत्ताकार 200 एक सौ पच ास रुपये 44 जमलीमीटर तांबा - 40 प्रजतित जनदकल - 05 प्रजतित िस्ट्ता - 05 प्रजतित 4. जडज़ाइन.– जसक्के का जडज़ाइन िह होगा िो इन जनयमों की पहली अनुसूची म ें यथा जिजनर्िष्टि ह।ै 5. मानक ििन और अनज्ञु ात उपचार.- बॉम्बे स्ट्टॉक एक्सस्ट्चिें के 150 िर् ि पर्ू ण होन े के अिसर पर स्ट्मरणोत्सि मनान े के जलए जनयम 2 म ें जनर्ििष् ट मूल् यिगि के ढाल े गए जसक्के का मानक ििन और ऐस े जसक्के को बनान े में अनुज्ञात उपचार िह होगा िो इन जनयमों की िसू री अनुसचू ी में यथा जिजनर्ििष् ट ह।ै पहली अनसु चू ी (जनयम 4 िेख)ें एक सौ पचास रुपय े अग्र भाग: जसक्के के इस भाग पर मध्य म ें अिोक स्ट्तम्भ का ससंह स्ट्तम्भ िीर्ि होगा, जिसके नीच े “सत्यमिे ियत”े लखे उत्कीर्णित होगा, उसकी बाईं पररजध पर िेिनागरी जलजप में “भारत” िब्ि और िाई पररजध पर अंग्रेिी म ें “INDIA” िब्ि होगा। ससंह स्ट्तम्भ िीर्ि के नीच ेरुपय ेका प्रतीक “₹” और अंतरािष्ट्रीय अंकों में अंदकत मूल्य “150” भी होगा । पष्ठृ भाग: जसक्के के इस भाग के मध्य में बॉम्बे स्ट्टॉक एक्सस्ट्चेंि के 150 िर् ि के अिसर का प्रतीक जचन्द्ह होगा। जसक्के के ऊपरी पररजध पर िेिनागरी जलजप म ें “1875 स े जनििे कों को समथ ि बनात े हुए” जलखा होगा और जसक्के की जनचली पररजध पर अग्रं ेिी म ें “EMPOWERING INVESTORS SINCE 1875” िर्णित होगा। प्रतीक जचन्द्ह के नीचे अंतरािष्ट्रीय अंकों में िर् ि “2024” जलखा होगा। िसू री अनसु चू ी (जनयम 5 िेख)ें अनुज्ञात उपचार जसक्के का मूल्यिगि मानक ििन धातु संरचना में मानक ििन में )1( )2( )3( )4( एक सौ पचास रुपये चांिी के जलए 1/500िां जहस्ट्सा की िृजि या कमी 1/100िां जहस्ट्सा की िृजि या कमी अथाित चांिी का अंि प्रजत 1000 में 498 से अथाित् ििन 34.65 ग्राम से 35.35 35 ग्राम 502 के बीच हो सकेगा। ग्राम तक हो सकता है। [फा.स.ं 02/05/2024-जसक्का] अपणाि भारटया, सलाहकार[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Economics Affairs) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 11th July, 2024 G.S.R. 382(E). —In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (d) and (e) of sub-section (2) of section 24 of the Coinage Act, 2011(11 of 2011), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:- 1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Coinage (Issue of Commemorative Coin on the occasion of completion of 150 years of Bombay Stock Exchange) Rules, 2024. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Denomination of coin.- The coin of One hundred fifty Rupees denomination shall only be coined at the Mint for issue under the authority of the Central Government on the occasion of completion of 150 years of Bombay Stock Exchange. 3. Dimension and composition of coin.- The denomination of the coin mentioned in rule 2 shall conform to the following dimensions and composition, namely: - Denomination Shape and outside diameter Number of serrations Metal composition of the coin (1) (2) (3) (4) Quaternary Alloy Silver - 50 per cent. One hundred fifty Circular 200 Copper - 40 per cent. Rupees 44 millimeter Nickel - 05 per cent. Zinc - 05 per cent. 4. Design.- The design of the coin shall be as specified in the First Schedule to these rules. 5. Standard weight and remedy allowed.- The standard weight of the coin of denomination referred in rule 2 shall be coined to commemorate the occasion of completion of 150 years of Bombay Stock Exchange and the remedy allowed in making of such coin shall be as specified in the Second Schedule to these rules. THE FIRST SCHEDULE [See rule 4] ONE HUNDRED FIFTY RUPEES OBVERSE: This face of the coin shall bear the Lion Capitol of Ashoka Pillar in the centre with the legend “सत्यमेव जयते” inscribed below, flanked on the left periphery with the word “भारत” in Devnagari script and on the right periphery with the word “INDIA” in English. It shall also bear the Rupee symbol “₹” and denominational value “150” in the international numerals below the Lion Capitol. REVERSE: This face of the coin shall bear the logo of 150 year celebration of the Bombay Stock Exchange. The inscription “1875 से निवेशकों को समर्थ बिाते हुए” in Devanagari script shall be written on the upper periphery of the coin and the inscription “EMPOWERING INVESTORS SINCE 1875” in English is depicted on the lower periphery of the coin.
