L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-29122023-250980 CG-DxLx-xEG-I2D9H1x2x2x0 23-250980 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण्ड (i) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (i) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY सं. 743] नई दिल्ली, िुक्रिार, दिसम्ब र 29, 2023/पौर् 8, 1945 No. 743] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, DECEMBER 29, 2023/PAUSHA 8, 1945 जित्त मत्रं ालय (आर्थकि काय िजिभाग) अजधसचू ना नई दिल्ली, 29 दिसंबर , 2023 सा.का.जन. 927(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, जसक्क ा जनमािण अजधजनयम, 2011 (2011 का 11) की धारा 24 की उपधारा (2) के खंड (घ) और खंड (ड.) द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती ह,ै अथाित्:- 1. सजं िप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.- (1) इन जनयमों का संजिप्त नाम जसक्क ा जनमािण (कणािटका बैंक का िताब्िी िर् ि के अिसर पर स्ट्मारक जसक्क ा िारी करना) जनयम, 2023 ह।ै (2) य ेरािपत्र में इनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रिृत्त होंगे। 2. जसक्क े का मल्ू यिग.ि- कणािटका बैंक का िताब्िी िर् ि के अिसर पर केंरीय सरकार के प्राजधकार के अधीन िारी करन े के जलए टकसाल में केिल एक सौ रुपये मल्ू य िगि का जसक्क ा ढाला िाएगा । 3. जसक्क े की जिमाएं और सरं चना.- जनयम 2 में उजल्लजखत मल्ू य िगि के जसक्क े, जनम्नजलजखत जिमाओं और संरचना के अनुरूप होंग,े अथाति ्:- जसक्क े का मूल्य िग ि आकार और बाह्य व्यास िांतेिार दकनारों की संख्या धातु संयोिन (1) (2) (3) (4) एक सौ रुपय े िृत्ताकार 200 चतुथिक जमश्र धात ु 44 जमलीमीटर रित - 50 प्रजतित 8012 GI/2023 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] तांबा - 40 प्रजतित जनदकल - 05 प्रजतित िस्ट्ता - 05 प्रजतित 4. जडज़ाइन.– जसक्क े का जडज़ाइन िह होगा िो इन जनयमों की पहली अनुसूची म ेंयथा जिजनर्ििष्ट ह।ै 5. मानक ििन और अनज्ञु ात उपचार.- कणािटका बैंक का िताब्िी िर् ि के अिसर पर स्ट्मरणोत्सि मनाने के जलए जनयम 2 में जनर्ििष्ट मूल्य िगि के ढाल े गए जसक्क े का मानक ििन और ऐसे जसक्क े को बनाने म ें अनुज्ञात उपचार िह होगा िो इन जनयमों की िसू री अनुसूची में यथा जिजनर्ििष्ट ह।ै पहली अनसु चू ी (जनयम 4 िेख)ें एक सौ रुपय े अग्र भाग: जसक्क े के इस भाग पर मध्य में अिोक स्ट्तम्भ का ससंह स्ट्तम्भ िीर्ि होगा, जिसके नीचे “सत्यमिे ियत”े लेख उत्कीर्णित होगा, उसकी बाईं पररजध पर िेिनागरी जलजप में “भारत” िब्ि और िाईं पररजध पर अग्रं ेिी में “INDIA” िब्ि होगा। ससंह स्ट्तम्भ िीर् ि के नीच ेरुपय ेका प्रतीक “₹” और अंतरािष्ट्रीय अंकों में अंदकत मल्ू य “100” भी होगा । पष्टृ भाग: जसक्क े के अग्रभाग के मध्य म ें कणािटका बैंक के िताब्िी िर्ि का प्रतीक जचन्द्ह होगा। प्रतीक जचन्द्ह के नीचे "1924-2024" जलखा होगा। जसक्क े के ऊपरी पररजध पर िृत्ताकार म ेंिेिनागरी म ें कणािटका बैंक का िताब्िी िर्ि उत्कीणि होगा और जसक्क े के जनचली पररजध पर अग्रं ेिी म ें “CENTENARY YEAR OF KARNATAKA BANK” उत्कीणि होगा। िसू री अनसु चू ी (जनयम 5 िेख)ें अनुज्ञात उपचार जसक्क े का मूल्यिग ि मानक ििन संयोिन में मानक ििन म ें ) 1( ) 2( ) 3( ) 4( चांिी के जलए 1/500िां जहस्ट्सा की िृजि 1/100िां जहस्ट्सा की िृजि या या कमी अथाित ् चांिी का अंि प्रजत 1000 कमी अथाति ् ििन 34.65 ग्राम स े एक सौ रुपय े 35 ग्राम म ें 498 स े 502 के बीच हो सकेगा। 45.35 ग्राम तक हो सकता ह।ै [फा. स.ं 02/27/2023-जसक्क ा] अपणाि भारटया, सलाहकार MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Economics Affairs) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 29th December, 2023 G.S.R. 927(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (d) and (e) of sub-section (2) of section 24 of the Coinage Act, 2011(11 of 2011), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:- 1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Coinage (Issue of Commemorative Coin on the occasion of centenary celebration of Karnataka Bank) Rules, 2023. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 2. Denomination of coin.- The coin of One Hundred Rupees denomination shall be coined at the Mint for issue under the authority of the Central Government on the occasion of centenary celebration of Karnataka Bank. 3. Dimension and composition of coin.- The denomination of the coin mentioned in rule 2 shall conform to the following dimensions and composition, namely:- Denomination Shape and outside diameter Number of serrations Metal composition of the coin (1) (2) (3) (4) Quaternary Alloy Silver - 50 per cent. Circular One Hundred Rupees 200 Copper -40 per cent. 44 millimetre Nickel - 05 per cent. Zinc - 05 per cent. 4. Design.- The design of the coin shall be as specified in the First Schedule to these rules. 5. Standard weight and remedy allowed.- The standard weight of the denomination referred in rule 2 shall be coined to commemorate the occasion of centenary celebration of Karnataka Bank and the remedy allowed in making of such coin shall be as specified in the Second Schedule to these rules. First Schedule [See rule 4] ONE HUNDRED RUPEES OBVERSE: This face of the coin shall bear the Lion Capitol of Ashoka Pillar in the centre with the legend “सत्यमिे ियत”े inscribed below, flanked on the left periphery with the word “भारत” in Devnagri script and on the right periphery with the word “INDIA” in English. It shall also bear the Rupee symbol “₹” and denominational value “100” in the international numerals below the Lion Capitol. REVERSE: The face of the coin at the centre shall bear the logo featuring centenary celebration of Karnataka Bank. The inscription “1924-2024” shall be written below the logo. Along the upper periphery of the coin, the inscription कर्णाटकण बकैं कण शतणब्दी वर् ा shall be written in Devnagari script and the inscription CENTENARY YEAR OF KARNATAKA BANK in English shall be depicted on the lower periphery of the coin. Second Schedule [See rule 5] Denomination of Remedy allowed Standard weight the coin In composition In standard weight (1) (2) (3) (4) 1/500th plus or minus for Silver, that 1/100th plus or minus, that is to One Hundred Rupees 35 Grams is to say, the Silver content may vary say, the weight could vary from from 498 to 502 per 1000. 34.65 grams to 35.35 grams.
