L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-11072024-255349 CG-DxLx-xEG-I1D1H0x7x2x0 24-255349 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण्ड (i) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (i) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 355] नई दिल्ली, बहृ स्ट्प जतिार, िुलाई 11, 2024/आर्ाढ 20, 1946 No. 355] NEW DELHI, THURSDAY, JULY 11, 2024/ASHADHA 20, 1946 जित्त मत्रं ालय (आर्थकि काय िजिभाग) अजधसचू ना नई दिल्ली, 11 जुलाई, 2024 सा.का.जन. 383(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, जसक्का जनमािण अजधजनयम, 2011 (2011 का 11) की धारा 24 की उपधारा (2) के खंड (घ) और खंड (ड.) द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती ह,ै अथाित्:- 1. सजं िप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.- (1) इन जनयमों का संजिप् त नाम जसक्क ा-जनमािण (सिोच्च न्द्यायालय, भारत के 75 िर् ि के अिसर पर स्मरणोत्सव मनाने के ललए स्ट्मारक जसक्का िारी करना) जनयम, 2024 ह।ै (2) ये रािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रिृत्त होंगे। 2. जसक्के का मल्ू य िग.ि– “सिोच्च न्द्यायालय, भारत” के 75 िर्ि के अिसर पर केंरीय सरकार के प्राजधकार के अधीन िारी करने के जलए टकसाल में पचहत्तर रुपय ेमल्ू यिगि का जसक्का ढाला िाएगा । 3. जसक्के की जिमाएं और सरं चना.– जनयम 2 में उजल्लजखत मूल् यिगि के जसक्के, जनम्नजलजखत जिमाओं और संरचना के अनुरूप होंगे, अथाित ्:- 4175 GI/2024 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] जसक्क े का मूल् यिग ि आकार और बाह्य व् यास िांतेिारों दकनारे की संख् या धातु संरचना (1) (2) (3) (4) पचहत्तर रुपय े िृत् ताकार 200 िद्धु रित 44 जमलीमीटर रित- 99.9 प्रजतित 4. जडज़ाइन.– जसक्के का जडज़ाइन इन जनयमों की पहली अनुसूची म ें यथा जिजनर्ििष् ट होगा। 5. मानक ििन और अनज्ञु ात उपचार.– “सिोच्च न्द्यायालय, भारत” के 75 िर् ि के अिसर पर स्ट्मरणोत्सि मनाने के जलए जनयम 2 म ें जनर्ििष् ट मूल् यिग ि के ढाल े गए जसक्के का मानक ििन और ऐस े जसक्के को बनान े म ें अनुज्ञात उपचार िह होगा िो इन जनयमों की िसू री अनुसचू ी में यथा जिजनर्ििष् ट ह।ै प्रथम अनसु चू ी (जनयम 4 िेख)ें पचहत्तर रुपय े अग्र भाग: जसक्के के मुख भाग पर मध्य में अिोक स्ट्तम्भ का ससंह िीर् िहोगा, जिसके नीचे “सत्यमिे ियत”े लखे उत् कीर्णित होगा, उसकी बाईं पररजध पर िेिनागरी जलजप में “भारत” िब् ि और िाईं पररजध पर अंग्रेिी में “INDIA” िब् ि होगा। ससंह स्ट्तम्भ िीर्ि के नीचे रुपय ेका प्रतीक “₹” और अंतराष्ट्रि ीय अंकों म ेंअंदकत मूल्य “75” भी होगा । पष्टृ भाग: जसक्के के इस भाग के मध्य में अिोक चक्र, भारत के सिोच्च न्द्यायालय के भिन एिं पुस्तक का प्रतीकात्मक जचत्र होगा। जचत्र के नीचे “75 Years”, “यतो धमिस्ट्ततो िय:” एि ं िर् ि “2024” अतं रािष्ट्रीय अंकों में जलखा होगा । जसक्क े की ऊपरी पररजध पर िेिनागरी जलजप में “सिोच्च न्द्यायालय, भारत” जलखा होगा तथा जसक्के की जनचली पररजध पर अग्रं ेिी में “SUPREME COURT OF INDIA” जलखा होगा। िसू री अनसु चू ी (जनयम 5 िेख)ें अनुज्ञात उपचार जसक्के का मूल्यिग ि मानक ििन धातु संयोिन म ें मानक ििन म ें ( 1) ( 2) ( 3) ( 4) पचहत्तर रुपय े 40 ग्राम प्रजत 1000 में रित का 999 भाग। रित 1/8000िां जहस्ट्स ा िमा या अंि के जलए छूट 998.8 तथा उससे ऊपर घटा अथाित् ििन 39.995 होगी। ग्राम से 40.005 ग्राम के बीच हो सकता ह।ै [फा. स.ं 02/07/2024 -जसक्का] अपणाि भारटया, सलाहकार[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Economics Affairs) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 11th July, 2024 G.S.R. 383(E). —In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (d) and (e) of sub-section (2) of section 24 of the Coinage Act, 2011(11 of 2011), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely: - 1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Coinage (Issue of Commemorative Coin to commemorate the occasion of 75 years Celebration of Supreme Court of India) Rules, 2024. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Denomination of coin.- The coin of Seventy five Rupees denomination shall only be coined at the Mint for issue under the authority of the Central Government on the occasion of 75 years Celebration of Supreme Court of India. 3. Dimension and composition of coin.- The denomination of the coin mentioned in rule 2 shall conform to the following dimensions and composition, namely: - Denomination Number of Shape and outside diameter Metal composition of coin serrations (1) (2) (3) (4) Circular Pure Silver Seventy Five Rupees 44 millimeter 200 Silver - 99.9 per cent 4. Design.- The design of the coin shall be as specified in the First Schedule annexed to these rules. 5. Standard weight and remedy allowed.- The standard weight of the coin of denomination reffered in rule 2 shall be coined to commemorate the occasion of 75 years of Celebration of Supreme Court of India and the remedy allowed in making of such coin shall be as specified in the Second Schedule to these rules. THE FIRST SCHEDULE (See rule 4) SEVENTY FIVE RUPEES OBVERSE: This face of the coin shall bear the Lion Capitol of Ashoka Pillar in the centre with the legend “सत्यमेव जयते” inscribed below, flanked on the left periphery with the word “भारत” in Devnagri script and on the right periphery with the word “INDIA” in English. It shall also bear the Rupee symbol “₹” and denominational value “75” in the international numerals below the Lion Capitol. REVERSE: The face of the coin shall bear the symbolic image of Ashoka Chakra, building of Supreme Court of India and a book. “75 Years”, “यतो धममस्ततो जय:” and the year “2024” in international numerals shall be written below the image. The inscription “सवोच्च न्यायालय, भारत” shall be written in Devnagari script on the upper periphery of the coin and the inscription “SUPREME COURT OF INDIA” in English shall be depicted on the lower periphery of the coin..4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] THE SECOND SCHEDULE (See rule 5) Remedy allowed Denomination of Standard In composition In standard coin weight weight (1) (2) (3) (4) 999 parts of Silver per 1000. The tolerance 1/8000th plus or minus that for Silver content shall be 998.8 and above. is to say weight could be Seventy five Rupees 40 Grams 39.995 grams to 40.005 grams. [F.
