Building, Bengaluru, Dated: 05-01-2021 NOTIFICATION It has come to the notice of the Government, that the financial establishments viz., M/s AIMMS Ventures is involved in the fraudulent transactions and failed to return deposits to their depositors. Hence, the Government has decided to initiate action as per the provisions specified under the Karnataka Protection of Interest of Depositors in Financial Establishments Act, 2004 (Karnataka Act 30 of 2005). The properties belonging to the said financial entities may have spread over in various districts and depositors are scattered throughout the State of Karnataka and possibly in other States also. In order to avoid duplication of efforts, necessity has arisen to authorize Competent Authority to call for claims from all the depositors of M/s AIMMS Ventures. Therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5(1) of The Karnataka Protection of Interest of Depositors in Financial Establishments Act, 2004 (Karnataka Act.30 of 2005), the Government of Karnataka, hereby appoint Assistant Commissioner, Bengaluru South Sub-Division, Bengaluru as the ‘Competent Authority’ in respect of M/s AIMMS Ventures with immediate effect. No. RNP/KA/BGS/2202/2017-19 Licensed to post without prepayment WPP No. 297 2 ಕನಾರ್ಟಕ ಸಕಾರ್ರ ಕನಾರ್ಟಕ ಸಕಾರ್ರದ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯ, ಸಂಖೆಯ್: ಆರ್ಡಿ 3 ಜಿಆರ್(cid:318) 2021 ಬಹುಮಹಡಿ ಕಟಟ್ಡ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ದಿನಾಂಕ: 05.01.2021 ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಹಣಕಾಸು ಸಂಸೆಥ್ ಎಂದರೆ, ಎಐಎಂಎಂಎಸ್ ವೆಂಚಸ್ರ್ (cid:363)ೕಸದ ವಯ್ವಹಾರಗಳ(cid:313)ಲ್ ತೊಡಗಿಕೊಂಡಿದುದ್, ತನನ್ ಠೇವಣಿದಾರರಿಗೆ ಠೇವಣಿಗಳನುನ್ (cid:319)ಂದಿರುಗಿಸುವ(cid:313)ಲ್ (cid:315)ಫಲವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂಬ ಅಂಶವು ಸಕಾರ್ರದ ಗಮನಕೆಕ್ ಬಂದಿರುತತ್ದೆ. ಆದದ್ರಿಂದ, ಸಕಾರ್ರವು ಕನಾರ್ಟಕ ಹಣಕಾಸು ಸಂಸೆಥ್ಗಳ(cid:313)ಲ್ ಠೇವಣಿದಾರರ (cid:319)ತಾಸಕಿತ್ ಸಂರಕಷ್ಣಾ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ, 2004ರ (2005ರ ಕನಾರ್ಟಕ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 30) ಅಡಿಯ(cid:313)ಲ್ ನಿದಿರ್ಷಟ್ಪಡಿ(cid:318)ದ ಉಪಬಂಧಗಳ ಪರ್ಕಾರ ಕರ್ಮ ಕೈಗೊಳಳ್ಲು ನಿಧರ್ರಿ(cid:318)ರುತತ್ದೆ. ಸದರಿ ಹಣಕಾಸು ಸಂಸೆಥ್ಗೆ ಸೇರಿದ ಸವ್ತುತ್ಗಳು (cid:315)(cid:315)ಧ ಜಿಲೆಲ್ಗಳ(cid:313)ಲ್ ಹರಡಿಕೊಂಡಿರಬಹುದು ಮತುತ್ ಠೇವಣಿದಾರರು ಕನಾರ್ಟಕದಾದಯ್ಂತ ಅಲಲ್ದೆ ಇತರೆ ಜಿಲೆಲ್ಗಳಾದಯ್ಂತವೂ ಸಹ ವಾ(cid:318)ಸುತಿತ್ದಾದ್ರೆಂದು ಭಾ(cid:315)(cid:318) ಪರ್ಯತನ್ಗಳ ಪುನರಾವತರ್ನೆಯನುನ್ ತಪಿಪ್ಸುವ ನಿಟಿಟ್ನ(cid:313)ಲ್, ಎಐಎಂಎಂಎಸ್ ವೆಂಚಸನ್ರ್ ಎಲಾಲ್ ಠೇವಣಿದಾರರಿಂದ ಕೆಲ್ೕಮುಗಳನುನ್ ಆಹಾವ್ನಿಸುವ ಸಲುವಾಗಿ ಸಕಷ್ಮ ಪಾರ್ಧಿಕಾರವನುನ್ ಅಧಿಕೃತಗೊ(cid:314)ಸುವುದು ಅಗತಯ್(cid:315)ರುತತ್ದೆ. ಆದುದರಿಂದ, ಕನಾರ್ಟಕ ಹಣಕಾಸು ಸಂಸೆಥ್ಗಳ(cid:313)ಲ್ ಠೇವಣಿದಾರರ (cid:319)ತಾಸಕಿತ್ ಸಂರಕಷ್ಣಾ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ, 2004ರ (2005ರ ಕನಾರ್ಟಕ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 30) 5(1)ನೇ ಪರ್ಕರಣದ ಮೂಲಕ ಪರ್ದತತ್ವಾದ ಅಧಿಕಾರಗಳನುನ್ ಚಲಾಯಿ(cid:318), ಕೂಡಲೇ ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿಯಾಗುವಂತೆ ಎಐಎಂಎಂಎಸ್ ವೆಂಚಸ್ರ್ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಸಕಷ್ಮ ಪಾರ್ಧಿಕಾರವಾಗಿ ಉಪ (cid:315)ಭಾಗಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ದ(cid:320)ಣ ಉಪ(cid:315)ಭಾಗ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಇವರನುನ್ ಸಕಾರ್ರವು ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಕನಾರ್ಟಕ ರಾಜಯ್ಪಾಲರ ಆದೇಶಾನುಸಾರ ಮತುತ್ ಅವರ ಹೆಸರಿನ(cid:313)ಲ್ ((cid:315)ಜಯ್ ಡಿ.ಎಸ್) ಸಕಾರ್ರದ ಅಧೀನ ಕಾಯರ್ದ(cid:316)ರ್ ಕಂದಾಯ ಇಲಾಖೆ ((cid:315)ಶೇಷ ಕೋಶ) ಮುದರ್ಕರು ಹಾಗೂ ಪರ್ಕಾಶಕರು:- ಸಂಕಲನಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು, ಕನಾರ್ಟಕ ರಾಜಯ್ಪತರ್, ಸಕಾರ್ರಿ ಕೇಂದರ್ ಮುದರ್ಣಾಲಯ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು.
