NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th July, 2018
S.O. 3937(E)—Consequent upon election of Shri Jayender Kumar Dabas, Municipal Councillor, Ward
No. 36-N by North Delhi Municipal Corporation, vide its Resolution No.23 dated 18.06.2018, vice Smt.
Veena Virmani, Shri Jayender Kumar Dabas shall be a member of Delhi Development Authority under clause
(e) of sub-section (3) of Section 3 of the Delhi Development Act, 1957 (61 of 1957), with immediate effect,
for a period upto 31st December, 2018 or until he ceases to be a Councillor of North Delhi Municipal
Corporation, whichever the event takes place earlier.
