New Delhi, the 4th June, 2018
S.O. 2341(E).—Consequent upon election of Shri Manish Aggarwal, Municipal Councillor, Ward
No. 064-S (Vasant Vihar) by South Delhi Municipal Corporation, vide its Resolution No.40 dated 22.05.2018,
Shri Manish Aggarwal shall be a member of Delhi Development Authority under clause (e) of sub-section (3) of
Section 3 of the Delhi Development Act, 1957 (61 of 1957), with immediate effect, for a period upto 31st December,
2019 or until he ceases to be a Councillor of South Delhi Municipal Corporation, whichever the event takes place
earlier.
