S.O. 1757(E).—Consequent upon election of Shri Sanjay Goyal, Municipal Councillor, Ward No. 29-E by East
Delhi Municipal Corporation, vide its Resolution No.250 dated 25.02.2019, vice Shri Jayender Kumar Dabas, Shri
Sanjay Goyal shall be a member of Delhi Development Authority under clause (e) of sub-section (3) of Section 3 of the
Delhi Development Act, 1957 (61 of 1957), with immediate effect, for a period upto 31st December, 2019 or until he
ceases to be a Councillor of East Delhi Municipal Corporation, whichever the event takes place earlier.
