NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 12th November, 2020
S.O. 4126(E).—Consequent upon election of Shri Shyam Sunder Aggarwal, Municipal Councillor,
Ward No. 27E - Raghuwarpura, by East Delhi Municipal Corporation, vide its Resolution No. 86 dated
27.10.2020 vice Smt. Bhawna Malik, East Delhi Municipal Corporation, Shri Shyam Sunder Aggarwal
shall be a member of Delhi Development Authority under clause (e) of sub-section (3) of Section 3 of the
Delhi Development Act, 1957 (61 of 1957), with immediate effect, for a period up to 31st December, 2020
or until he ceases to be a Councillor of East Delhi Municipal Corporation, whichever event takes place
earlier.
