New Delhi, the 5th August, 2020
S. O. 2617(E).—Consequent upon election of Shri Yogesh Kumar Verma, Municipal Councillor, Ward
No. 75-N, by North Delhi Municipal Corporation, vide its Resolution No.14 dated 24.06.2020, vice Shri Manish
Aggarwal, Shri Yogesh Kumar Verma shall be a member of Delhi Development Authority under clause (e) of
sub-section (3) of Section 3 of the Delhi Development Act, 1957 (61 of 1957), with immediate effect, for a
period up to 31st December, 2020 or until he ceases to be a Councillor of North Delhi Municipal Corporation,
whichever the event takes place earlier.
