S.O. 745(E).—Consequent upon election of Smt. Bhawna Malik, Municipal Councillor,
Ward No. 11-E, Mayur Vihar by East Delhi Municipal Corporation, vide its Resolution No.148 dated
09.12.2019, vice Smt. Bhawna Malik, Smt. Bhawna Malik shall be a member of Delhi Development
Authority under clause (e) of sub-section (3) of Section 3 of the Delhi Development Act, 1957 (61 of
1957), with immediate effect, for a period upto 31st December, 2020 or until she ceases to be a
Councillor of East Delhi Municipal Corporation, whichever the event takes place earlier.
