S.O. 3807(E).—Consequent upon election of Smt. Bhawna Malik, Municipal Councillor, Ward No. 11-E,
Mayur Vihar by East Delhi Municipal Corporation, vide its Resolution No.72 dated 24.09.2019, vice Shri Sanjay Goyal,
Smt. Bhawna Malik shall be a member of Delhi Development Authority under clause (e) of sub-section (3) of Section 3
of the Delhi Development Act, 1957 (61 of 1957), with immediate effect, for a period up to 31st December, 2019 or until
she ceases to be a Councillor of East Delhi Municipal Corporation, whichever the event takes place earlier.
