Consequent upon their election by the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi under clause f of sub section 3 of Section 3 of the Delhi Development Act, 1957 61 of 1957

Territory of Delhi under clause (f) of sub-section (3) of Section 3 of the Delhi Development Act, 1957 (61 of 1957), it
is notified that Shri Somnath Bharti, Shri Dilip Kumar Pandey and Shri O. P. Sharma, Members of the Legislative
Assembly of Delhi will be Members of Delhi Development Authority, for a period of five years from the date of their
election or until the date on which either they cease to be Members of the Legislative Assembly or they are included
