2. सजचवों का अजधकार प्राप्त समूह (ईिीओएस) द्वारा जवचाराथध जवियों में जनम्नजलजखत िाजमल होंग:े
1) योिना के कायाधन्वयन की समीक्षा और जनगरानी करना तादक उससे प्राप्त होने वाली लॉजिजस्ट्टक्स दक्षता का
जनधाधरण दकया िा सके;
2) योिना में कोई संिोधन करने के जलए फ्रेमवकध और मानदंडों को अंगीकार करना;
3) जवजनर्ददष्ट फ्रेमवकध और मानदडं ों के भीतर योिना में पहले से िाजमल पररयोिनाओं में दकसी प्रकार के पररवतनध
हते ु समन्वय करना;
4) प्रायोजगक आधार पर अवसंरचना के जवकास के जलए दकसी क्षेत्र-आधाररत दजृष्टकोण के मामले म ें सभी सुजवधा
सेवाओं के साथ-साथ सड़क, रेल आदद के जनमाधण के जलए जवजभन्न गजतजवजधयों के बीच तालमेल के जलए एक
प्रदक्रया और एक जनजित समय-सीमा जनधाधररत करना;
5) एक साझा एकीकृत पोटधल के जवकास संबंधी जवजभन्न पहलों को एक-साथ लाना िो सभी जहतधारकों की
आवश्यकताओं को परू ा करे;
6) पीएम गजतिजि एनएमपी के उद्दश्यों की प्राजप्त और उसके मागधदिी जसद्ांतों के अनुपालन तथा संबंजधत मंत्रालयों
के मांग संबंधी आवश्यकताओं के समाधान के जलए समुजचत जनदेि िारी करना।
7) यह ईिीओएस इस्ट्पात, कोयला, उवधरक आदद िैसे जवजभन्न मंत्रालयों की आवश्यकताओं के आधार पर थोक माल
के दक्षतापूणध पररवहन के मामले म,ें मांग संबंधी आवश्यकता को पूरा करने के जलए अपेजक्षत कायधकलापों की भी
जनगरानी करेगा।

Secretaries (EGoS), which will be a monitoring mechanism for the development and implementation of the
PM GatiShakti National Master Plan (NMP). The composition of EGoS is as under :—

2. The Empowered Group of Secretaries (EGoS) shall have the following terms of reference:
1) Review and monitor implementation of the Plan to ascertain the logistics efficiency accruing
thereof;
2) Adopt framework and norms for undertaking any amendments in the Plan;
3) Coordinate for any changes in the projects already included in the Plan, within the prescribed
framework and norms;
4) To set out a procedure and a definitive timeframe for synchronisation of various activities for
construction of roads, rail, etc. along with all utility services in an area-based approach for
development of infrastructure on pilot basis;
5) Align various initiatives on development of a common integrated portal which serves the needs of
all stakeholders;
6) Issue appropriate directions for achieving the objectives and for compliance to guiding principles

7) The EGoS will also look at the interventions required to meet the demand side, in efficiently
transporting bulk goods based on the requirements of various Ministries like Steel, Coal, Fertilizer
etc.
3. The Logistics Division will act as Secretariat to the Empowered Group of Secretaries for its ToRs.
