का.आ. 1503(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार, रेल अजधजनयम, 1989 (1989 का 24) (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात ् उक्त
अजधजनयम कहा गया ह)ै की धारा 20क के उपखंड (I) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुये, ये समाधान हो िान े के
पश्चात् कक लोक प्रयोिन के जलए, यह भूजम, जिसका संजिप्त जववरण इससे उपाबद्ध अनुसूिीमें कदया गया है, गिु रात राज्य
के खडे ा जिल े म ें पजश्चम रेलव े पर वडोदरा जडवीिन के सक्े िन वडोदरा-गरे तपरु के बीि ककमी 445/10-12 पर एलसी
नबं र 271 के बदल े 2 लने रोड ओवर जिि (आरओबी) का जनमाणा नाम की जविेष रेल पररयोिना के जनष्पादन के जलय े
आवयक ह,ै ऐसी भूजम के अिना करने के आिय की घोषणा करती ह;ै
उक्त भूजम के कोई जहतबद्ध व्यजक्त, रािपत्र में इस अजधसूिना के प्रकािन की तारीख से तीस कदन के भीतर, उक्त
अजधजनयम की धारा 20घ की उप-धारा (1) के अधीन उपयक्तुा प्रयोिन के जलए ऐसी भूजम के अिान और उपयोग के संबंध म ें
अपनी आपजत प्रकटकर सकेगा;
ऐसी प्रत्येक आपजत सिम प्राजधकारी अथाात् प्रातं अजधकारी नजडयाद, जद्वतीय तल, जिला सवे ा सदन, दभन रोड,
नजडयाद, जिला खडे ा को जलजखत रुप म े ककया िाएगा िो कक आिेप का आधार होगा। सिम प्राजधकारी आिेपकता ा को

व्यजक्तगत रुप स े या काननु ी प्रेजक्टिनर के माध्यम स े सुनवाई का अवसर प्रदान करेगा और सभी ऐसे आिेपों की सुनवाई
और िांि करन े के पश्चात,् यकद आवयक समझे तो, आदेि द्वारा या तो आपजतयों का अनज्ञु ात कर सकेगा या अननुज्ञात
करेगा
उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20घ की उप-धारा (2) के अधीन सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा कदया गया आदेि अंजतम होगा।
इस अजधसूिना के अधीन आने वाली भूजम की भूजम योिना और अन्य ब्यौरे उपलब्ध ह ैंऔर जहतबद्ध व्यजक्त द्वारा सिम
प्राजधकारी के उक्त उल्लेजखत कायाालय में उनका जनरीिण ककया िा सकता ह।ै

NOTIFICATION
Mumbai, the 26th March, 2025
S.O. 1503(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (I) of section 20A of the Railways Act,
1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said act), the Central Government after being satisfied that for the
public purpose, the land, the brief description of which has given in the schedule annexed hereto, is required for
execution of the Special Railway Project, namely, Construction of 2 lane Road Over Bridge (ROB) in lieu of LC
No. 271 at Km 445/10-12 between section Vadodara-Geratpur of Vadodara Division on Western Railway in
District Kheda in the State of Gujarat, hereby declares its intention to acquired such land:
Any person interested in the said land may, within a period of thirty days from the date of publication of this
Notification in the Official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land for the aforesaid purpose
under sub-section(I) of section 20D of the said Act:
Every such objection shall be made to the Competent Authority namely, Prant officer Nadiad, 2nd floor,
Jilla Seva Sadan, Dabhan Road, Nadiad, District Kheda in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof and the
Competent Authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by legal practitioner
and may after hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any as the Competent Authority
thinks necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections.
Any order made by the competent authority under sub-section (II) of section 20(D) of the said act shall be
final.
The Land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected by the
