W.con/RSP/Gazette /20A/LC.217/GY-WADI/GSU/GTL] बी राम कृष्ण, सीपीएम/ िीएसय/ू िीटीएल[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS (South Central Railway) NOTIFICATION Secunderabad, the 29th September, 2025 S.O. 4514(E).—In exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 20A of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) (herein after referred to as the said Act), the Central Government after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which is given in the schedule annexed here to, is required for Construction of Road Over Bridge in Lieu of Level Crossing (LC) No. 217 to an extent ( Acres 5 and 16 Gunta) in Ashapur Village of RaichurTaluka in Raichur District in the state of Karanataka, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land Any person interested in the said land may, within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notification in the official gazette, raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub-section (1) of Section 20-D of the said Act.
