Secunderabad, the 11th March, 2025
S.O. 1209(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (37A) of Section 2 of the Railways Act, 1989
the Central Government hereby notifies "Construction of Road Over Bridge in lieu of Level Crossing No. 31
at Km. 310/24 - 26 in between Potkapalli – Kolnur stations" as a Special Railway Project for acquisition of land in the
State of Telangana in the District of Peddapalli for providing National Infrastructure for a public purpose with effect
from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
