S.O. 4148(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (37A) of Section 2 of the Railways
Act, 1989 the Central Government hereby notifies "Construction of Road Under Bridge in lieu of Level
Crossing No. BP-10 at KM 16/2-3 between Neredmet – MoulaAli Railway stations" as a Special Railway
Project for acquisition of land in the State ofTelangana in the District of Medchal-Malkajgirifor providing
National Infrastructure for a public purpose with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the
Official Gazette.
