अनुच्छेि को पपछली अधिसचू ना में सही पववरण के रूप में माना जायेगा
का.आ. 2521(अ).— केंद्रीय सरकार, ने रेल अधिननयम, 1989 (1989 का 24) एवं रेल्वे (संशोिन)
अधिननयम 2008 (2008 का 11) (जिसे इसमे इसके पश्चात उक्त अधिननयम कहा गया है) की िारा 20‘ ए ʼ के
खंण्ड (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शजक्तयॊ का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह समािान हो िाने के पश्चात कक लोक प्रयोिन के ललये,
वह भुलम, जिसका संक्षिप्त वववरण इससे उपाबद्ि अनुसूची में ददया गया है, महाराष्ट्र राज्य के पुणे ल्जला में गती
शक्ती युननट के अंतगतग लोनी यार् ड की ववशेष रेल पाररयोिना के ननष्ट्पादन, अनुरिण, प्रबंिन और प्रचालन के ललए
अपेक्षित है, ऐसी भूलम का अिनग करने के आशय की घोषणा करती है ।
उक्त भूलम म े दहतबद्ि कोई व्यजक्त, रािपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से तीस ददन के
भीतर, उक्त अधिननयम की िारा 20घ की उप-िारा (1) के अिीन उपयुक्ग त प्रयॊिन के ललए ऐसी भूलम के अिनग
और उपयोग के संबंि मे आिेप कर सकेगा ।
प्रत्येक ऐसा आिेप सिम प्राधिकारी अर्ागत मा. उपल्जलहाधिकारी भूसंपािन क्र.3 ल्जलहाधिकारी कायाडलय
पुणे, ल्जला पुण,े महाराष्ट्र, महाराष्ट्र को ललखखत में ककया िाएगा और उसके आिार उपवखणतग करेगा और सिम

प्राधिकारी आिेपकताग को व्यजक्तगत रूप से या वविी व्यवसायी के माध्यम से सुनवाई का अवसर प्रदान करेगा और
ऐसे आिेपों की सुनवाई करने तर्ा ऐसी िांच करने के पश्चात यदद कोई हो, जिसे सिम प्राधिकारी आवश्यक समझे,
आदेश द्वारा, या तो आिेपों को अनुज्ञात कर सकेगा या अनुज्ञात कर सकेगा;
उक्त अधिननयम की िारा 20 घ की उप-िारा (2) के अिीन सिम प्राधिकारी द्वारा ककया गया कोई आदेश
अंनतम होगा।
इस अधिसूचना के अिीन आने वाली भूलम का रेखांकन और भूमी के अन्य ब्यौरे उपलब्ि है और दहतबद्ि
व्यजक्त व्दारा समि प्राधिकारी के उपयुक्ग त कायागलय में उनका ननरीिण ककया िा सकता है ।

CORRIGENDUM
Mumbai, the 1st July, 2024
(IN REGARD TO E-GAZETTE NOTIFICATION NO. 4994 DATED 08.12.2023, THE PARA MENTIONED
BELOW SHOULD BE TREATED AS CORRECTED DETAILS IN PREVIOUS NOTIFICATION)
S.O. 2521(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20A of the Railway Act,
1989 (24 of 1989) and Railway (Amendment) Act, 2008(11th of 2008) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act.) The
Central Government, after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which has been
given in schedule annexed hereto, is required for purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of
Special Railway Project, namely, “Loni Yard under Gati Shakti Unit”, in Taluka Haveli, District Pune in the state
of Maharashtra, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land.[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3
Any person interested in the said land may, within a period of thirty days from the date of publication of this
notification in the official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land for the aforesaid purpose
under sub-section (1) of section 20D of the said Act.
Every such objection shall be made to the competent authority, namely Deputy Collector, Land
Acquisition No.3, District Pune, Maharashtra, in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof, and the competent
authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by legal practitioner and may, after
hearing such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any, as the competent authority thinks necessary, by
order, either allow or disallow the objections.
Any order made by the competent authority under sub-section (2) of section 20D of the said Act shall be
final.
The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected
by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the competent authority.
