Corrigendum for Gazette Notification under Section 10(1) of the Metro Railways (Construction of Works) Act 1978 as amended up to 1987 published in the Gazette of India vide no. 5120, dated 23.12.2024, S.O. No. 5535(E) dated 23.12.2024 for acquisition of additional private land for construction of Newtown maintenance Depot of New Garia to DumDum Airport Metro Project (Phase 2 and 3) and other works connected therewith in the metropolitan city of Kolkata.

Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) dated the 23rd December, 2024, No. 5120, on Page No. 9, Paragraph 3, line
2, in place of “hereby declares its intention to acquire” to be read as “do hereby acquires”.
