प्रकाजित हुई थी तथा िो रेलव े अजधजनयम, 1989 की धारा 2 के खंड (37A) के अतं गतच िारी की गई थी, जिसके द्वारा “आंध्र
प्रदेि राज्य के पूवी गोदावरी जिले में कजडयम– द्वारपुडी स्ट्टेिनों के बीर् दक.मी. 593/32-34 पर समपार संख्या 407 तथा
द्वारपुडी याडच म ेंदक.मी. 597/17-19 पर समपार सख्ं या 409 के स्ट्थान पर सड़क ऊपरी पलु के जनमाचण” को जविेष रेलवे पररयोिना
घोजषत दकया गया था, उसमें रेल मंत्रालय एतद्द्वारा जनम्नजलजखत िुजिपत्र-II िारी करता ह,ै जिसका जववरण नीर्े ददया गया ह:ै

आजधकाररक रािपत्र म ेंइस अजधसूर्ना के प्रकािन की तारीख रूप म ेंअजधसूजर्त करती ह.ै

दक.मी. पर जस्ट्थत समपार फाटक सं.409 के स्ट्थान पर नया दक.मी. पर जस्ट्थत समपार फाटक सं.409 के स्ट्थान पर
ऊपरी पैदल पलु के जनमाचण” को िन प्रयोिन हते ु राष्ट्रीय नया सड़क ऊपरी पलु के जनमाचण” को िन प्रयोिन हते ु

S.O. 1310(E).— In the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Railways, published in the Gazette
of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated 11th April 2025 vide S.O. 1696(E) & 11th April 2025
vide S.O. 1697(E) issued under clause (37A) of Section 2 of the Railways Act, 1989, declaring “Construction of Road
Over Bridge in lieu of Level Crossing No. 407 at Km. 593/32-34 in between Kadiyam – Dwarapudi stations & Level
Crossing No. 409 at Km. 597/17-19 at Dwarapudi yard at East Godavari District in the State of Andhra Pradesh” as a
Special Railway Project, the Ministry of Railways hereby makes the following corrigendum-II as detailed below:
