CORRIGENDUM
Gurgaon, the 6th January, 2014
No. JERC-11/2010.—In Notification No. 224, dated 7-08-2013, Extraordinary, Part III,
Section 4 of the Commission published in the Gazette of India, the following corrections are
made :—
1. Line Number 1 of page Number 14 of Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission for the
State of Goa and UTs (Electricity Supply Code) First Amendment Regulations, 2013 be read as
under :—
“The existing note : (a) to (f) of the principal Regulation stand deleted and the note: (g)
to (o) of the first amendment Regulations, 2013 is renumbered as (a), (b), (c), (d), (e),
(f), (g), (h) and (i) and be read accordingly under Annexure 1.”
