Subject: Anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of “certain antioxidants” originating in or
exported from China PR and Singapore
F. No. 6/23/2024-DGTR.– Having regard to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 and the Customs
Tariff (Identification, Assessment, and Collection of Anti-Dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for
Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, as amended from time to time, the Designated Authority issued the
Final Findings in respect of the subject anti-dumping investigation vide Notification F. No. 6/23/2024-
DGTR, dated 23rd September 2025.
2. In partial modification of the aforementioned notification, paragraph 42 which provides information on
gross Indian production (i.e., Indian production including production meant for exports) and share of
applicant and other producers therein, is corrected to be read as under:
42. As regards the argument that applicant's standing is questionable as it considered only HPL’s
domestic production when determining the total Indian production, it is seen that the share of the
applicant is ***% of the total Indian production i.e., considering the gross production by the Indian
producers. Based on information on record, the Authority has determined the Indian production and
