CORRIGENDUM
Secunderabad, the 9th February, 2026
S.O. 690(E).— In the 7A notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Railways published in the
Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) Dated 1st December 2025 vide S.O. 5533(E) in
gazette No.5345 dated 01.12.25, regarding “Up-gradation work of Electric Traction System from 1x25kV to 2x25KV
traction system to meet 3000 MT loading target- Construction of Venkatagiri TSS in Gudur -Tirupati section in
the of State of Andhra Pradesh”, the Government of Andhra Pradesh has issued a Gazette Notification vide
G.O.Ms.No.526 dated 30.12.2025, restructuring the Districts and Revenue Divisions.
As per the revised jurisdiction, Venkatagiri Mandal, which earlier fell under Gudur Revenue Division, has now
come under the jurisdiction of Srikalahasti Revenue Division of Tirupati District. Accordingly, the Ministry of
Railways hereby issues the following corrigendum.
