अजधजनयम, 2008 (2008 का 11) (जिसे इसमे इसके पश्चात उक्त अजधजनयम कहा गया ह)ै की धारा 20 ‘ए’ के खंड (1)
द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह समाधान हो िाने के पश्चात की लोक प्रयोिन के जलए, वह भूजम, जिसका
संजिप्त जववरण इससे उपाबि अनुसूची म ें दिया गया ह,ै महाराष्ट्र राज्य के नाजिक जिल े म ें“िौंड - मनमाड िोहरीकरण” की
जविेष रेल पररयोिना के जनष्पािन, अनरु िण, प्रबंधन और प्रचालन के जलए अपेजित है, ऐसी भूजम का अिजन करने के
आिय दक घोषणा करती ह ैI
उक्त भूजम म े जहतबि कोई व्यजक्त, रािपत्र म ें इस अजधसूचना के प्रकािन की तारीख से तीस दिन के भीतर, उक्त
अजधजनयम दक धारा 20 घ दक उप-धारा (1) के अधीन उपयक्तुज प्रयोिन के जलए एसी भूजम के अिजन और उपयोग के संबंध
म ें आिपे कर सकेगा I

प्रत्येक ऐसा आिेप, सिम प्राजधकारी अर्ाजत जविेष भूजम अजधग्रहण अजधकारी ‘उप जवभागीय अजधकारी, येवला,
उपजवभाग येवला’ जिला नाजिक , महाराष्ट्र को जलजखत में दकया िाएगा और उसके आधार उपवर्णजत करेगा और सिम
प्राजधकारी आिेपकताज को व्यजक्तगत रूप स े या जवजध व्यवसायी के माध्यम स े सुनवाई का अवसर प्रिान करेगा और ऐस े
आिेपों दक सुनवाई करन े तर्ा ऐसी िांच करने के पश्चात यदि कोई हो, जिसे सिम प्राजधकारी आवश्यक समझे, आिेि
द्वारा, या तो आिेपों को अनुज्ञात कर सकेगा या अननुज्ञात कर सकेगा।
उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20 घ की उप-धारा (2) के अधीन सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा दकया गया कोई आिेि अंजतम
होगा ।
इस अजधसूचना के अधीन आन े वाली भूजम का रेखांकन और भूजम के अन्द्य ब्यौरे उपलब्ध ह ै और जहतबि व्यजक्त
द्वारा सिम प्राजधकारी के उपयक्तुज कायाजलय मे उनका जनरीिण दकया िा सकता ह।ै

CORRIGENDUM
Mumbai, the 12th December, 2023
(In regard to E-Gazette Notification No. 2913 dated 10-07-2023, the para mentioned below should be Treated
as corrected details in previous notification)
S.O. 5319(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 20A of the Railways
Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) and Railway (Amendment) Act, 2008 (11 of 2008) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act),
the Central Government, after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which has
been given in schedule annexed hereto, is required for purpose of execution, maintenance, management and
operation of Special Railway Project, namely Daund – Manmad doubling project in the District of Nashik in the
State of Maharashtra, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land.[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3
Any person interested in the said land may, within a period of thirty days from the date of publication of
this notification in the Official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land for the aforesaid
purpose under sub-section (1) of section 20D of the said Act.
Every such objection shall be made to the Competent Authority namely, Special Land Acquisition
Officer “Sub-Divisional officer Yeola, Sub Division Yeola”, District Nashik Maharashtra in writing and shall
set out the grounds thereof, and the Competent Authority shall give the objector the opportunity of being heard,
either in person or by legal practitioner and may, after hearing such objections and after making such further
enquiry, if any, as the Competent Authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections.
Any order made by the Competent Authority under sub-section (2) of section 20D of the said Act shall be
final.
The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be
inspected by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the Competent Authority.
