CORRIGENDUM
Mumbai, the 27th September, 2021
S.O. 4487(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (7A) of Section 2 of the Railways Act, 1989
(24 of 1989), the Central Government hereby authorise the officer mentioned in column (2) of the table below as
“Competent Authority” to perform the functions as such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of
publication of this notification in the Official Gazette in respect of the special railway project of “Kalyan - Kasara
3rd line” in the State of Maharashtra relating to Tahsil Mentioned in Column (3) of the said table for the public
purpose of execution maintenance, Management. However, the designation of competent authorities is required to be
changed as the designations of competent authorities are not matching with the actual designation in earlier E-Gazette
notification no. 3658 dated 28/09/2021. Therefore corrigendum in this Gazette notification is required. Corrigendum
is required to be published with the correct designation of competent authorities and same is as under:
