कुंभ मेला 2027 के जलए सी एंड डब्ललयू परीक्षण और स्ट्टॅबललंग सुजवधाओं का प्रावधान ” की जविेष रेल पररयोिना के जनष्पािन, अनुरक्षण, प्रबंधन, और प्रचालन के जलए अपेजक्षत ह,ै ऐसी भूजम का अिडन करन े के आिय की घोषणा की र्ीI 1430 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] और, उक्त अजधसूचना का सार उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20क की उप धारा (4) के अधीन जविेष भूजम अजधग्रहण अजधकारी सहायक जिलहाजधकारी तर्ा अनुजवभागीय अजधकारी , नाजिक िैजनक सामाचार पत्रों अर्ाडत “िैजनक आपल महानगर (इंग्रिी ) में तारीख ०१/१०/२०२५”, एव ं “िैजनक साईमत (मराठी) ) म ें तारीख ३०/०९/२०२५” को प्रकाजित दकया गया र्ा I और, इस गांव म ें आक्षपे प्राप्त हुए ह।े उक्त अजधसूचना पर प्रभाजवत खाताधारकों की आपजतयााँ समय सीमा के उपरान्द्त प्राप्त हुई ह।ैं प्राप्त उक्त आपजतयााँ पर सक्षम प्राजधकारी जविेष भूजम अजधग्रहण अजधकारी सहायक जिलहाजधकारी तर्ा अनुजवभागीय अजधकारी, नाजिक द्वारा दि.19/11/2025 को सुनवाई आयोजित की गई र्ी। इसजलए, स्ट्तर जनहाय कारवाई की गई ह ैऔर खाताधारकों की मांग अजस्ट्वकार कर ली गई ह।ै और, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20ड की उपधारा (1) के अनसु रण म ें सक्षम प्राजधकारी ने अपनी ररपोटड केंरीय सरकार को प्रस्ट्तुत करिी ह ैI अतः अब केंरीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राजधकारी से उक्त ररपोटड के प्राप्त होने पर और उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20ड की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रित िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, यह घोषण करती ह ै दक इसस े उपाबि अनुसूची म े जवजनर्िडष्ट भूजम पूवोक्त प्रयोिन के जलए अर्िडत की िाएगी I और यह दक केंरीय सरकार उक्त अजधजनयम दक धारा 20ड दक उप-धारा (2) के अनुसरण म ें यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक रािपत्र मे इस अजधसूचना के प्रकाजित होने पर इससे उपाबि अनुसूची में जवजनर्िडष्ट भूजम सभी जवलंगमों से मुक्त होकर केंरीय सरकार म ेआतयांदकत रूप से जनजहत हो िाएगी I अनसु चू ी महाराष्ट्र राज्य के नाजसक जिल ेके अतं गतड भगरु गावाँ का जविषे रेल पररयोिना “ िेवलाली स्ट्टेिन - G197/Nashik Kumbh 2027/Bhagur-Devlali/20E/Corrigendum] भुवनेि कुमार गुप्ता, मुख्य प्रिासजनक अजधकारी (जनमाडण)4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS (Central Railway) CORRIGENDUM Mumbai, the 12th February, 2026 (IN REGARD TO E-GAZETTE NOTIFICATION NO.5816 DATED 26 DECEMBER 2025, THE PARA MENTIONED BELOW SHOULD BE TREATED AS CORRECTED DETAILS IN PREVIOUS NOTIFICATION) Under clause 20E of the Railway (Amendment) Act 2008 S.O. 1027(E).—Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Railways (Railway Board), number, S.O 4254 (E) dated 22th September 2025 published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3 Sub-section (ii), (hereinafter referred to as the said notification ) and issued under sub-section (1) of section 20A of the Railway Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) and Railway (Amendment) Act, 2008 (11 of 2008) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declares its intention to acquire the land specified in the schedule annexed to the said notification for the purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of Special Railway Project, “ Devlali - Provision of C&W examination and stabling facilities for Kumbh Mela 2027 ” District Nashik in the State of Maharashtra, in the district of Nashik in the State of Maharashtra. And whereas, the substance of the said notification was published in for SLAO/SDO NASHIK daily newspapers namely “Dainik Aapla Mahanagar (English)” & “Dainik Saimat (Marathi) ” Dated 01-10-2025 & 30-09-2025 under sub section (4) of section 20A of the said Act; And objections have been received in this village. The objections of the affected account holders on the said notification have been received within the time limit. Hearing on the said objections received was conducted by the competent authority Assistant Collector & Sub-Divisional Officer, Nashik on 19/11/2025. Therefore, stage-wise action has been taken and the demand of the account holders has been accepted And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section 20E of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report to the Central Government; Now therefore, upon receipt of the report of the Competent Authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the lands specified in the schedule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose; And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the official Gazette, the land specified in the schedule annexed hereto shall vest absolutely in the Central government free from all encumbrances.
