CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi, the 17th September, 2014
S.O. 2404(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3(D) of the
National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments
in the notification of Govt. of India in the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways No. 3473 (E) dated
22nd November, 2013 which was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II section 3,
Sub-section (ii) namely:-
The 3rd paragraph of the preamble (in English) may be read as “And whereas objection have been
received & the same have been considered & disallowed by the competent authority instead of And whereas
no objection has been received from any person by the competent authority”.
