CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi, the 17th September, 2014
S.O. 2406(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act,
1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the
Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, number S.O. 2452(E), dated the 13th August,
2013, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 13th August, 2013,
and its corrigendum number S.O. 852(E), dated the 20th March, 2014, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary,
Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 20th March, 2014, namely:-
In the said notification S.O. 852(E),
1. against serial number (c) “Against Taluk “Baytu” in column (5), and the police station “Baytu” in column (6), in
column (7) in the name of villages at serial number (22) “Nimbaniyon Ki Dhani” shall be deleted and against
column (5) Taluk “Barmer” and column (6) police station “ Nagana”, in column (7) in the name of villages, the
entry as serial number (22) “Nimbaniyo Ki Dhani” shall be inserted above serial number (23);” shall be deleted
and the following shall be substituted:-
(c) Against Taluk “Baytu” in column (5), and in the name of police station in column (6), the entry
“Nagana” shall be inserted in front of the entry at serial number (22) “Nimbaniyo Ki Dhani” in column
(7) ;
2. against serial number d (i), the entry (25) shall be read as (23) ;
