S.O. 3522(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 read with Section 5 of the Foreign
Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 (22 of 1992), read with paragraphs 1.02 and 2.01 of the
Foreign Trade Policy (FTP), 2023, as amended from time to time, the Central Government makes an
amendment in the Gazette Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce & Industry,
No. 51/2024-25 dated the 20th January, 2025.
2. In the said Notification, the ‘F.No. M-5012/300/2002/PC-2(A)./E-1657’ and ‘Part-I, Section 1’ may
be read as ‘S.O…… (E)’ and ‘Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii)’, respectively.
