**Summary:**
This corrigendum, issued by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, pertains to Notification No. 16/2024-25 dated June 6, 2024. The original notification concerns provisions for the import of inputs subject to mandatory Quality Control Orders (QCOs) by Advance Authorisation holders, Export Oriented Units (EOU), and Special Economic Zones (SEZ). This corrigendum serves to correct a typographical error in the English version of the notification. Specifically, it clarifies that the reference to "2.30A i g" in the fifth line of Paragraph 1 and within the associated table should be read as "2.03A i g". This amendment is issued under the authority of Section 3 and Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992, as amended, and paragraphs 1.02 and 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2023. The Director General of Foreign Trade, Santosh Kumar Sarangi, in his capacity as Ex-Officio Additional Secretary to the Government of India, issued this corrigendum on June 12, 2024.
