1. फा.स.ं 7/29/2026-डीिीटीआर. उपयुाक्त प्रवंचिारोधी िांच में जिर्दाष्ट प्राजधकारी द्वारा िारी ददिांक 16 जसतबं र, 2026 की िांच िरूु आत अजधसूचिा के क्रम म,ें िीषाक “छ. प्रवचं िारोधी िाचं की िरुु आत” के अंतगात पैरा 9 के बाद जिम्नजलजखत पैरा 9क (9A) अतं ःस्ट्थाजपत दकया िाएगा:

Subject: Anti-circumvention investigation concerning alleged circumvention through Malaysia, Japan and Thailand of the anti-dumping duty imposed on imports of “Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) Resin – whether or not further processed into compound” originating in or exported from China PR and Korea RP
1. F. No. 7/29/2026-DGTR: In continuation of the Initiation Notification dated 16th September, 2026 issued by the Designated Authority in the above-mentioned anti-circumvention investigation, the following paragraph shall be inserted as paragraph 9A, after paragraph 9 under the heading “G. INITIATION OF AN ANTI-CIRCUMVENTION INVESTIGATION”:
9A. In terms of Rule 26(4A) of the Rules, the Authority recommends to the Central Government that imports of the Product Under Investigation covered by the present investigation be provisionally assessed and that an appropriate guarantee may be obtained from the importers, till the time a decision under sub-rule (3) of
Rule 27 of the Rules is taken by the Central Government.
2. All other contents of the Initiation Notification dated 16th September, 2026 shall remain unchanged.
