Hon'ble Delhi High Court. Hon'ble National Green Tribunal – (Principal Bench) and District Courts. Commissions & Tribunals other than National Green Tribunal (Principal Bench) situated at Delhi. The eligible practicing Advocates may send their application in the prescribed format (annexed). along with all the supporting documents (scanned) through email to the Member Secretary, Central Pollution Control Board (mscb.cpcb@nic.in). The hard-copy of the Application shall also be forwarded to the Member Secretary, Central Pollution Control Board, Parivesh Bhawan. East Arjun Nagar. Professional fee will be as per the terms and conditions issued from time to time by CPCB 4 rhe Existing Advocates on panel of CPCB need to re-apply for empanelment. 5. Fulfilment of criteria for empanelment doesn-t give the right to applicant for empanelment . 6. The successful empanelment doesn't give the right for entrustment of cases/court matters to empanelled advocates. 7 The list of empanelled candidate will be uploaded on the website after the screening process completed by the Screening/Scrutinising Committee formed and approved by Competent Authority.
