The Advanced Materials & Manufacturing plenary session, chaired by Dr. (Mrs) N. Speaking at the plenary, Dr. (Mrs) N. Kalaiselvi, Director General, CSIR, emphasized that science, research and development, and advanced materials are the key pillars for Viksit Bharat 2047.
