As of November 20, 2025, the Election Commission released a daily bulletin regarding the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) Phase II for the enumeration phase which occurred between November 4, 2025, and December 4, 2025. The bulletin details the status of the distribution and digitization of elector-specific Enumeration Forms (EFs) across various states/UTs in India.
The bulletin includes a table listing the number of electors as of October 27, 2025, the number of BLOs/BLAs, the number and percentage of EFs distributed, and the EFs I number. Some figures for Rajasthan exclude those in 193-Anta AC as the SIR was deferred due to a bye-election.

Electoral Registration Officers (EROs) appoint Booth Level Officers (BLOs) with approval from District Election Officers (DEOs).
