The Election Commission's daily bulletin, dated November 28th, 2025 at 3:00 PM, details the status of distribution and digitization of elector-specific Enumeration Forms (EFs) under the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) Phase II, which has an enumeration phase from November 4th, 2025 to December 4th, 2025.
As of October 27th, 2025, the total number of electors across 12 States/UTs is 50,97,44,423. A total of 50,68,42,224 EFs (99.43%) have been distributed out of the printed 50,97,44,423, and 37,77,15,220 EFs (7%) have been digitized. The number of Booth Level Officers (BLOs) is 5,32,828 and the number of Booth Level Agents (BLAs) as on 19.11.2025 is 11,40,598.
The states and UTs covered in the report are:
Andaman & Nicobar, Chhattisgarh, Goa, Gujarat, Kerala, Lakshadweep, Madhya Pradesh, Puducherry, Rajasthan (excluding 193-Anta AC due to deferred SIR), Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, and West Bengal.
Electoral Registration Officers (EROs) appoint Booth Level Officers (BLOs) with approval of District Election Officers (DEOs). All recognized political parties have been requested to appoint more Booth Level Agents (BLAs).
