In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Private Universities Act, 2019 (Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 2019), the Governor of Tamil Nadu after having satisfied that all the conditions referred to in the said Act have been fulfilled as required under sub section (2) of the said section 10, hereby specifies the 27th October, 2025, as the date on which “St. Joseph University” shall commence to exercise its function.
