Government of India hereby authorizes Shri Ram Roop Prasad, Additional Secretary (Retired) Labour
Resource Department, Bihar Administative Service, to perform the functions of Competent Authority under
the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 for Barauni –
Guwahati Natural Gas Pipeline (BGPL) as an integral part of Jagdishpur-Haldia & Bokaro-Dhamra Natural
Gas Pipeline (JHBDPL) of M/s. GAIL (India) Limited in the State of Bihar.
