Sujata Gandhe, Deputy Collector (General), Wardha, Government of Maharashtra to perform the functions of Competent Authority for Mumbai — Nagpur — Jharsuguda Natural Gas Pipeline Project (MNJPL) of M/s GAIL (India) Limited in the State of Maharashtra under the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962, on deputation basis, for a period of three years, instead of her earlier authorization on additional charge basis. 2.
